Terms of Service

1. The Service

TruckRoll provides an AI agent that answers phone calls, qualifies enquiries, and books appointments for HVAC and related businesses, with optional integrations to calendars and dispatch software. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. The Service assists with call handling and scheduling; it does not provide HVAC, legal, or emergency services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these Terms.
• You must configure your services, pricing, availability, and call-handling rules correctly.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Misrepresent the AI's nature where disclosure is legally required.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service to make calls or send messages without the required consent.

4. Call handling, recording & consent

You acknowledge that the Service records and transcribes calls. You are responsible for ensuring you have any consents and disclosures required by law in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located, and for complying with telemarketing, recording, and telephony regulations. We provide configurable disclosure prompts to help, but compliance remains your responsibility. For genuine emergencies, callers should contact emergency services directly; the AI is not an emergency line.

5. Fees, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rates shown when you sign up. Usage above plan limits may incur additional fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plans have no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will book every job, capture every detail, or achieve any particular business result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckRoll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TruckRoll harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law (including call-recording and consent laws).

9. Intellectual property

TruckRoll and its licensors own all rights in the Service, software, and brand. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain sections survive (including fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity).

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at TruckRoll's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept them.
